Steam Train Cottage is a newly refurbished cottage for 2 people set in the quiet area of Dalnabay, Aviemore.

A king size double bed awaits with views to the local hills.

he property backs onto the Strathspey Railway heritage line giving unprecidented views of the passing steam trains.

Set in a quiet cul de sac just off national cycle path 7. Close to the local amenities and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Aviemore.

Living Room / Dining Room

In the living room are 2 sofas, there is a 43" Smart TV with Freeview and has Netflix, Amazon, You Tube and more built in.

The dining area has a table and 2 bench seats comfortably seating 4.

Full fibre broadband Wifi is included in the price.

Kitchen

The kitchen is modern and well appointed with built in Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer.

There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, plates, cups and cooking utensils. In fact everything you will need

Bedroom

Great views to the surrounding hills and railway line.

In the room is a King Size Bed, Wardrobe, Dressing table and mirror.

Outside

Private parking is available on the driveway.

The garden area is very private and has a table and chairs for outside dining.

There is a shed for ski or bicycle storage.
