Availability
Booking of 7 nights or more attract a 10% discount (see weekly price above).
Booking conditions.
10% of total value is due immediately.
30% will be due 30 days before arrival.
The balance is due 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancelation the following charges will apply
More than 4 weeks before arrival 10% of accomodation cost is due
Between 1 week and 4 weeks before arrival 40% of accomodation cost is due
Less than 1 week 100% due.
In the event of cancellation any extras paid (linen & Cleaning fee) in total or part will be refunded to you.
We recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any costs in the event of cancellation.
No pets, we love animals but some of our guests have allergies or asthma.
